The Bilgen couple, who have roots in Istanbul and Babaeski, stated that they have brought a new service in this field to the city by investing in Lüleburgaz.

Open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the business offers dry cleaning and laundry services, as well as tailoring and carpet cleaning. They also provide free home delivery service for customer convenience. Cleaning is performed by a skilled professional with approximately eight years of experience in the industry, using methods appropriate to the fabric type and stain nature. It is emphasized that not all fabrics can be washed at home, and that delicate and valuable items require professional cleaning.

Dryclean Express stands out as the only business in Lüleburgaz offering organic dry cleaning services. In its organic dry cleaning method, it uses environmentally friendly, silicone-based systems instead of perchloroethylene (PERC) used in conventional systems.
Ege Bilgen made the following assessments regarding the differences between classic dry cleaning and organic dry cleaning:
“The classic dry cleaning method uses chemicals known as perchloroethylene. While this method is effective in terms of cleaning, a chemical odor can remain on clothes after the process. Especially in delicate fabrics, there is a risk of hardening, color fading and wear and tear over time. In addition, the chemicals used have negative effects on both human health and the environment.”.
In our preferred organic dry cleaning system, perchloroethylene is not used. We clean with silicone-based and environmentally friendly products. This prevents odors from forming on clothes, preserves the fabric's texture, and extends its lifespan. It's a much safer method, especially for baby and children's clothes, as well as delicate and valuable items. Furthermore, because it doesn't contain vapors harmful to human health, we offer a healthier system for both employees and customers.”
